Added the Russian copy of Petzl Pirana and updated the Miscellaneous Descenders page accordingly.

Noted an illustration error in the HB Safety "8" instruction sheet, and corrected it here.
Corrected a figure on the Longhorns and Eighthorn page.
The Douglas Co. Mountain Rescue Longhorn and Mountain Safety Research Eighthorn descriptions were reversed - I fixed them.
Major editorial corrections (much proofreading!!).

Made some corrections at Serguei Khramtsov's request. Serguei is my source for several Russian devices.
- Corrected the materials that the Ural-Alp ascender, Ural-Alp supplemental ascender and Ural-Alp Ya-Ya are made from.
- Corrected the country for the Ural-Alp ascender and Ural-Alp supplemental ascender.
- Added a warning for the Ural-Alp supplemental ascender.
- Corrected the source for the , Ural-Alp supplemental ascender, and Ural-Alp Ya-Ya. Serguei ran the eBay store Ural Sport. He wrote, "My eBay store is my own small business and it does not connected with ALVO. ALVOTITANIUM and URAL-ALP was a one company till the June 2003. Now there is no brand ALVO with climbing gear any more. Only rest of stuff has stamp ALVO. Since January 2004 all staff have stamp Ural-Alp. I think it is much better because it was stupid to sell the same product by using three different brands Ural-Alp, ALVO and USHBA.
- Added some of Serguei's comments to the Ural-Alp Basic and Ural-Alp Handled Ascender pages.
