Bob Elron got this off of a Bulgarian caver at the 1980 International Congress of Speleology. The only identifying marks are the initials TCS, which might be the owner's initials. As you can see, the device had been used extensively, but I find it a bit bulky to use regularly myself, and I'm not too confident about the metallurgy.
